Cancellation Policy

Room Reservations:

  1. Cancellations Made [3] Days Prior to Check-In:

    • Guests who cancel their reservation [3] days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of their booking amount.
  2. Cancellations Made Within [1] Day of Check-In:

    • Cancellations made within [1] day of the check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee of [18]% of the total booking amount.
  3. No-Show Policy:

    • In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive), the entire booking amount will be charged as a no-show fee.

Group Bookings:
